Merry Christmas!

Pictures are up on shutterfly (under Holidays), and here is a short video of Elijah showing us what Santa brought him for Christmas.

Elijah Claus

We got a package from Kelly, and Elijah wanted to put the presents away. So he put them in the tree, rather than under the tree. He's our little Elijah Claus.

Denver Zoolights

We had a wonderful family outing to see Denver Zoolights. Elijah got to test out his new winter coat (I hope it lasts through next winter too), and he walked the entire time we were there. I think his favorite of all the animals awake were the giraffes. We also saw hippos, elephants, rhinos, leopards and tigers.

Naughty Or Nice?

I asked Elijah yesterday what he was going to tell Santa if he was asked, were you naughty or nice. And Elijah said "nice".

That didn't come up, but he did pretty well with Santa at Southlands yesterday. Santa is outdoors, on a carriage, and very friendly. Elijah was a little leery at first, but he warmed up to him by the time we took the picture. We went with Amy & Caley, and there was no line, so we were able to take our time. The polaroid they took didn't scan well, so I'm glad I brought my camera with me so I could capture my own picture.

Our Little Man

Here's some stuff about Elijah that maybe you didn't know.

- Elijah just loves Honey Cat. And she doesn't mind him so much if he's being gentle.
- His favorite show is Blue's Clues.
- He still loves books.
- He throws a ball really well.
- He is good about holding your hand when you walk with him.
- He hates having his hair touched.
- He likes to brush his teeth.
- He can spot an airplane almost anywhere.
