Traveling Tot

Elijah has been doing great this trip. He naps during the day, and he's sleeping pretty well at night. Everyone just loves him, he isn't shy about handing out smiles. I think I'll end up having a whole page of just pictures of him in different people's arms.

Athena posted her pictures from the baby shower on Friday night. Elijah did pretty well considering how late we kept him up. I think with some of the money we got we'll get him a mobile when we get home. He'll be moving into his crib once we get home, since he's already slept in so many different beds this trip. Seems like a good time to transition him.

I'll post pictures on Saturday, once I get settled back from the trip.

Still Doing Well

I'd like to say there are new things to share, but there isn't. Things are still good. He seems to be growing bigger every day. I plan taking him into the dr's office to weigh him before we go. Since I know I will be asked by everyone about his weight. I am curious myself.

Elijah is sleeping alright. He usually falls asleep between 9 and 10pm, and will sleep until at least 3 or 4am. Then if he sleeps until 6 or 6:30, that is a victory.

I am debating whether I will give him some baby tylenol before the flight. It will mellow him, but I don't want him to not be himself. I think I will just go without. It's a 2 hour flight, and if it's bad, I will give him it on the flight home.

I'm sure there will be a plethora of new photos in the next few weeks. I'll link to those people who may also take pictures.

Much Better

Elijah had his weight check today, and he's put on 19 oz since his last appointment 17 days ago. The doctor (not Dr. Perry, but Dr. Gustafson) was pleased, and said to keep it up. He seemed surprised that Elijah sleeps through the night. But everything is good. Please pray that he continues to grow healthy. His next appointment is the 4 month, in July.
