This weekend Elijah has managed to bruise his head and give himself a fat lip. The culprit? His desire to climb EVERYTHING!



Trying to climb over the arm of the loft couch onto the computer chair. Gravity intervened.



Trying to climb onto the old coffee table. Gravity intervened and he bit his lip.

Sigh. Boys. I can't fight the need for him to explore, and I don't want to be a helicopter parent.

One week to his first birthday. :)
